+ What is your processing and shipping time?
Currently we process and ship orders Monday to Friday 9am-5pm CST. Orders are typically processed in 1 to 3 days and shipments may take approximately 3-10 business days (if there are no system problems and if its not a holiday).
+ Are you products for natural hair only?
Botánika Beauty is designed for all hair types and textures, from natural curlies to relaxed, chemically treated hair.
+ The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?
Once an order has shipped, Botanika is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. Please contact USPS for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact USPS to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.
+ Damage or defective product
Damaged or defective products may be returned to Botanika after contacting customer service. For a faster process, please write “Damages” as your Subject in the email. Upon receiving a response and claim number please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
+ How can I become a retailer for your products?

+ How can I receive samples?
Through our sampling program, we offer samples of our products by request for organizations and events. All requests should be sent to email@example.com.
+ How do you ship your products?
Botánika Beauty ships using USPS and Priority Mail for orders over 1 lb. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing and 2-3 days for shipping. The full turnaround time is approximately 3 - 6 days.
+ What is your return policy?
Botánika Beauty accepts returns for unopened product and will refund full price once the return has been shipped and received.
